On a daily basis I managed my assigned area and a small team of staff.
The completion of the appropriate paper work on a daily basis.
The role was ground maintenance; grass cutting, ride on mowers, strimming and hedge cutting.
Our contracts of work were with large established customers and at all times I ensured customer satisfaction and that work was completed to a high standard.

The job was BMX track building however, we did tarmac and lay turf which also meant the maintenance of the turf and gardening.
Primarily my role was operating the machinery, i.e. diggers, dumpers, and ride on mowers.
This role had strict deadlines for the work to be completed which meant that we always worked as a team to complete the job efficiently.
As part of this role, we always had to keep health and safety at the forefront of our mind; not only for the workers but the public that would be riding on the track once completed.

My role included the general maintenance of gardens utilising some of the following equipment; lawnmowers, ride on mowers, hedge cutters, and strimmers.
The maintenance of equipment.
Assist with all aspects from preparation to designing and fitting;
Worked within a busy environment.
Conducting site inspections and ensuring effective production.

Maintain equipment and production.
As part of my role it varied from garden maintenance to designing a new garden layout.
Our customers ranged from council contracts to private clients. As part of our contract, we regularly maintained the flowerbeds and mowed the grass for the council.

As part of this role we often had deadlines which required a tight working schedule;
My role involved me assisting with the preparations required prior to building and the actual build.
As part of this job we had to be very aware of health and safety regulations at all times.

The garden centre had numerous contracts in which we had to work towards a tight schedule to ensure that their products were delivered on time.
Ensured that all products were of a excellent quality.
Presentation was to the high standard that was required and to be expected;
Interpersonal skills with the interaction of customers.
