My name is Scott,I'm.37 years old, currently working full time as a plasterer and do alot of work foe a local housing association. I have a vast amount of experience in reactive maintenance as well as void property's. I have been self employed for a number of years so I have alot of experience working in a team aswell as on my own.
I also have experience working with customers so I know 1st hand what tenants are looking for and needing. I am looking to get into the housing maintenance officer type of work ad that's something I'm really interested in doing.
I have worked as a plasterer aswell as a roofer for most of my adult life, I have alot of experience in dealing with customers,tenants and also landlords and property owners.
