Over 20 years experience managing safety along with projects within the Oil and Gas Industry. NEBOSH certified along with qualifications in Law and scaffold inspection. Day to day managing of fabric maintenance at Angola LNG. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, personnel HES and welfare, QA/QC, National Workforce training, Client care, scope management and control. Achieving ZERO Accidents and Incidents in the last 12 years.
Last 12 years employed as HES Manager and Project Manager for Scaffold Paint and Insulation contractor working on and offshore in Angola. Currently working at Angola LNG. Over 20 years' experience within the Health and Safety sector including accident and incident investigation and presenting cases to court within the legal industry.
Responsibility includes creating HES management systems, creating risk assessments and risk profiles. creating and implementing HES policies and safe work procedures. Training personnel, including delivering training for confined space entry work.
