My main responsibility at Sony is to prepare and change over smt production lines to the required product . This means that I have to follow a process book for each product which means I have to strip lines of the previous components and add new ones also change rail widths printing machines oven temperatures aoi programs and programs on the machines i then have to conduct a quality test before the line can start up and fill in the required paper work and bit map polarity sheet and also xray products to ensure that they have past the quality checks then I can let the supervisor know that the line is ready for the operator to start running .

At the royal mint I worked on furnaces and finishing machines producing coins for different countries around the world and part of the role was driving a fork lift to load up machines My duties included quality checks general house keeping and following SOPS and working to hit targets and performing change overs for different currencies .
