My name is Sean Miller, and I am an IT focused professional with hands-on experience in IT support and a strong academic background in Cybersecurity and Networking. I am currently seeking an entry level or junior IT role where I can continue to build my technical skills and progress within the IT industry.

Previously, I worked as a Trainee IT Technician, where I installed, configured, and maintained desktop and laptop systems, carried out hardware diagnostics and repairs, performed system imaging, and supported users with technical issues. This role helped me develop strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

I have also worked as a Stock Controller in fast-paced warehouse environments, including operations supporting ALDI and LIDL. This role strengthened my organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and management systems. All of which I believe are transferable to an IT support or infrastructure role.

I hold an HND in Cybersecurity & Networking and am a Cyber Essentials ACE Practitioner, having graduated from New College Lanarkshire in 2022. My education has given me a solid foundation in Windows systems, basic networking, system security, troubleshooting, and IT support principles.
