Directly responsible for logistics department (5 Coordinators & 1 Customer Delivery Manager), executing, tendering and designing all logistics operations for the snack business. Indirectly responsible for own warehouse operations in Belgium.

Linking pin between operational business and IT solutions for SAP. Additionally, responsible for operational, tactical and strategic reporting for Mediq Supply Chain Institutional. Notable projects:

• Project Logistics Footprint Bleiswijk; Infrastructure study on warehousing COG analysis:

• Project Warehouse Integration Ede Location; Project lead for the integration of all warehouse activities of the business unit for ERP, process and operational activities. 
• Project Warehouse Optimization; Project manager warehouse redesign in preparation Warehouse integration Ede location by increasing warehouse space (mezzanine & conveyor system) and productivity increase (4%) 

Responsible for planning and control cycle for Sales and Logistics organization at Mediq Netherlands Institutional, also including the long term strategic blueprint for institutional. Next to that, KPI development for improving the financial or managerial insights of the organization, with a focus on Supply Chain and Sales development. Next to that participated in various projects:

• Local Business Process Manager BI Symphony: Developing requirements, approve technical design and be the business representative in the implementation of a Mediq global Business Intelligence tool. (Cognos); 
• Project Leader Working Capital; as part of private equity takeover, working capital reduction at the institutional business of Mediq Nederland, on areas accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) and inventory management (IM). Result: Working Capital as % of Net Sales decreased by 5%

Started on a temporary contract at Mediq in Finance, participated in a reorganization project, redesigned processes and concept development for sales. Representative for supply chain at customer site, explaining the logistical concepts provided by Institutional and supporting customers in balancing costs in purchasing services from Mediq
