I am a very keen and hard working individual with a great interest in many topics. I have several years of customer service experience ranging from face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. I feel as though I have a very good customer-oriented attitude, which I find builds a rapport with new people that I believe is essential for being a good team player.

I like to know that I have contributed within a working environment as I feel that it helps to create progression and effectiveness. I also feel that possess good organisational skills and that I am an enthusiastic, fast learner, with a good eye for detail. I am computer-literate and I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) which i have achieved with both, a computer science degree and with my own personal interests.

My IT experience includes software maintenance, hardware maintenance, antivirus, PC rebuilding, setting up and maintaining e-comms, troubleshooting, testing and installing hardware and software, plus other ad-hoc IT related duties. I am also proficient in Music, as i partake in many musical groups, one of which I personally manage, with that I have taught many people how to play the guitar at an intimediate level and I that played to an audience of 20 - 2000 people; I have also worked as a guitar technician for various rock bands, overseeing any eletronical or phyical enquires as well as ensuring that the guitars and bass guitars are adequate for the artists.
