Carried out reactive visits to sites managed by the company. Serviced, fault found, and performed preventative maintenance on equipment such as electrical fryers, grills and a vast range of other catering equipment. This included McDonalds, Gordon Ramsay restaurants and many other food catering services. Provided with a work van which housed all the equipment needed for the job.

Starting career as a crew member performing all necessary duties to run a fast efficient kitchen. Owing to hard work and strong work ethic progressed to a team leader called Training Squad within McDonalds, on to a shift manager and then responsible for 200+ team members as an Assistant General Manager.
