I am a hardworking and enthusiastic person who is constantly looking to self-improve and enhance my skills. All tasks and responsibilities I am given, I am driven to completing to the best of my abilities. I am motivated and adapted and receptive to new ideas and challenges and always use what I learn to progress myself.

I have a 6 years’ combined experience in the hospitality and retail sector so I always ensure the highest customer service and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction. These experiences has allowed me to be comfortable working independently. I take my own initiative, very detail orientated and work well under pressureand understand the importance of time management, deadlines and organisation skills.

As well as working independently, I like building a rapport with people which also makes me a good team player and team leader as I know how to coordinate with a group with excellent operational and communication skills and ensure a smooth operation.
