To leverage my expertise in testing and validation, along with a comprehensive understanding of standard processes and procedures, to effectively execute and manage testing plans. Collaborating with design and development engineers, my goal is to establish innovative testing methodologies for each phase of Product Development Validation in test rigs/fixtures.
I bring extensive experience in testing components using electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic control test systems. Additionally, my proficiency in Data Acquisition and Data Analysis, gained through working in cutting-edge technology testing facilities like Garrett Advancing Motion, positions me to contribute effectively to dynamic and forward-thinking projects in the field.
Performance Validation test Engineer: Experienced test development engineer with strong quality assurance data. Test schedule, Test requirements Test set up and procedure & execution and testing & perform post-process analyzing data and communicate with product development teams, both locally and globally for different applications. Validation/Verification: Component level test validation: Work alongside research and development engineers to establish new test methodologies that validate prototype/production hardware performance characterization / FIR / LIR and New Product Development Validation in special test rigs. Program Manager for Lab: New Rigs & New lab Development – for special component rigs including Powerloss, Seal rig & BoP Fuel Cell rigs for humidifier, Water separator and FCC (Fuel Cell Compressor) with Strong knowledge in test bench, Calibration and HSE activities. Expertise in creating program management for Lab & CAPEX budget management for new development test labs.
