I work for Local Hospice Lottery as a Recruitment Specialist. I support all departments within the organisation with their recruitment needs.
I now work in Recruitment - Concentrating on internal recruitment at Local Hospice Lottery. Previous to this I worked for an organisation that supported unemployed job seekers to find work by upskilling and supporting them with job search, writing their CVs and recognising areas of development.
My career started in aviation. I worked as a check-in agent and then as Cabin Crew for a private charter airline. I progressed to Senior Cabin Crew where my job was supporting the new cabin crew to develop, and designing the service brief, delivering a high level of customer service and always following safety and security procedures.
I have recently taken a Level 2 course in Customer service and a Level 2 course in EDI to support my role as Recruitment Specialist within the HR team.
