I am currently an Account Director working with customers across all sectors. I Account Direct £2.2 million of campaigns across 20 key customers. I offer expertise from data, to print to personalisation and postage/ door to door.
I am passionate about helping marketing teams realise the potential ROI of a well thought out DM piece. How you can use the channel for acquisition, retention, lapsed win back and brand awareness. I first listen to client challenges and work with them to apply the right solution based around budget and expected outcomes.
I manage a sales team of 5 NBD and Account Directors and 4 Account Managers. I am responsible for the sales target of my own customers but also for the wider team sales forecast each year which is £6million. I report quarterly to the Board and input to weekly SLT meetings to ensure all leading indicators within the business are being met.
I take pride in keeping my team happy and motivated in what is a fast paced and exciting environment. I like to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses as well as nurture the wider to team to give them autonomy to grow and become great at what they do.
