I am a dedicated and enthusiastic molecular biologist with a strong background in veterinary medicine and biotechnology especially in cancer, bone/dentistry and stem cells for evidence-based medicine and applicable science.
I have extensive research experience and lab management with over 18 years including extensive various molecular techniques DNA, RNA, PCR/qPCR, RNA-seq, gene cloning, editing, western blot, flow cytometry, and magnetic activated cell sorting, iPSCs, blood derived monocyte, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells, macrophage/osteoclast differentiation, adipocyte and various cell line culture, immunohistochemistry, bioimaging techniques including light/fluorescence microscopy and confocal microscopy, use of bioinformatics packages (R), graph Pad program.
5 years Postdoctoral work after PhD in developmental biology/clinical veterinary sciences at the Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh (2014 – 2018)
