I have a keen interest in joining a profession that involves a high level of customer service whilst keeping a friendly and professional manner. I particularly enjoy interacting with members of the public, helping them with their needs as it matters to me that I make a difference to others as I see good communication skills as vital to a successful business. I am able to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels, with the ability to listen to what clients/customers want and need and direct them accordingly.

I take pride in the accuracy of my work and have the ability to learn quickly to get my work completed. I am organised, proactive and have the ability to work on my own initiative without supervision. I have Excellent Computer skills and am fully Conversant with Microsoft office using Word and Excel.

I am ready to undertake any additional training a new role may require.
