I am constructive, honest and an open-minded person that is always willing and determined to aim to achieve any new challenges, job roles, tasks and targets that come my way to become a more successful, knowledgeable person in the experiences I have gained. I work strongly within a team as well as independently also having the ability to adapt to anything new. I love outdoor activities, going for walks and meeting people from other cultures. I love babysitting for friends and family.

Childcare Worker - Mother's School and Tutoring Establishment

I have always had the opportunity and passion to work with little children, which was gained by working with my mum at her school and within her tutoring establishment. I particularly worked with pre school children from the age of 4 to 5, where I was able to build their confidents in starting school. This was done through circle time, learning, and teaching them their colours and playing games where they were able to count from 1 to 50.

I helped them to gain a sense of independence by helping them to get their own tuck/lunch, putting on their coats, changing into their PE kit and using the toilet when required. I was able to liaise with parents and informed them of their child's day. I was always aware of the child's needs, and it was always my aim to make sure they had a very happy day, where they felt safe, and love and the environment was always a welcoming place to be.

I followed the instructions given to me ensuring that safeguarding issues were met and always asked for advice if I was unsure about anything regarding the establishment.
