Engineering at Highways UK (2022-11 – 2022-12)
Apart of an engineering team full of other students, helped tackle real life problems of natural surroundings such as roads, and focused on building a new bridge to help transport more people and contribute more to our eco system. Focused on the design and modernities, however function and use were key factors.
Interior designing a new building at Shireland Collegiate Academy (2022-12 – 2023-05)
Whilst a current student at this institution, I participated in work alongside designing a new building that was planned for this secondary and sixth form school. I was co designing the interior, focusing on the psychology of the building, how comfortable it ought to be to future students etc. I focused on function, aesthetics, as well as material and ergonomics.

I undertook a work placement at sports direct whilst in sixth form, to gain skills in retail and overall as being a team member. This would help with my future skills in whatever I decide to take apart in.

Being a retail assistant at H&M was such an enjoyable job for me.
As a member of Bill's, I gained higher experience at fine waitressing. I had a more personal experience with customers in comparison to the previous job listed. Working in this busy environment meant that I gained further experience and confidence in working in a fast paced environment, and under pressure.
Artisan Team Member at Little Dessert Shop
At LDS, I prepared desserts, both food and drink, learnt the seasonal menus and the regular menus to be a much faster worker due to being located in Bullring and Grand Central, the most busiest area in Birmingham.
