• Went door-door to 160+ houses a week in order to check if anyone had any concerns regarding their housing.
• If people complained to me about an issue I would locate the issue and take pictures to send to the company for further investigation.
• Greatly improved my communication skills as I would be discussing issues with a range of different people on a daily basis.
• By visiting different neighbourhoods each week I became more adaptable to my environment and the different situations I found myself in. Some situations included noting down the neighbourhoods that had been predominantly council owned.
