Working for the Tottenham stadium has given me a broaden horizon, of being at the forefront and dealing with the public in a professional and sufficient manner. By me providing good responses to questions and lots of face to face communication. I've come across people with disabilities attending the stadium. I went above and beyond with making sure they got the right assistance and care.
