I am a strong independent highly organised individual. I work well within a team whilst having the ability to work independently and efficiently, always ensuring to complete all task I am set. I am computer and telephone illiterate, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

I am reliable and prompt timekeeper. I have excellent customer care skills, and have the ability to handle difficult situations both politely and professionally. I’ve done different types of work passed in licensed security , worked in office , been a carer , owned my own shop all was enjoyed took a brake to raise my child now ready to work for my self .

Whilst a carer for Allied Health Care I had a variety of duties:

• Moving and Handling
• Clinical help with complex needs
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care
• Medication monitoring (MAR sheet)
• Domestic Needs
• Grocery needs, this included ensuring transactions was monitored and recored

.Romanian Cash and Carry 2021 – Present In my current role as a secetery I have a variety of duties

• Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
• Handing money
• Deal with end of day banking
• Balancing end of day books to make sure all money adds up correctly
• Re – stocking the warehouse ensuring correct stock rotation
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions
