I am an ambitious, hard working 25 year old with a lot of experience gained from previous roles. I have worked in the customer service industry and also care and education and with all those roles the skills and knowledge i gained fill me with confidence for future roles where all my previous experience and knowledge can be put to use.

Sales Assistant at Kids Around - CWF fashion (2024-04 – 2024-08)

My latest, most previous employment was with CWF fashion, in their store Kids around in the metro centre. my role was a sales assistant on maternity cover. My role included everything from excellent customer service, cleaning, cash handling and admin. The store is very popular so having a great relationship with the customer was always key meaning great communication skills was needed to be able to chat and help customers to fit their shopping need.

Due to personal reason I had to relocate so unfortunately had to leave the role.

Teaching Assistant (Agency) at CER Education (2023-01 – 2023-04)

I was employed by CER Recruitment as a supply Teaching Assistant in SEN schools and schools that educate children with mental health/Behavioral issues. My role was not only assisting the children with work but also helping them with general care tasks like keeping them hydrated, helping them in settings that they struggle in, in general just being a figure they can trust and see as a support unit.

Sales Assistant/supervisor at Oliver Bonas (2022-05 – 2022-12)

I have previously worked a full time retail role at Oliver Bonas in York, I started the job in my 3rd year at university and continued committing to work after finishing my studies. I started part time but as university drew closer to an end I was offered more hours and was considered a supervisor for the store working up to 30/40 hours a week. I had keys to the store and had many responsibilities like opening and closing the store, cashing up and opening up the till's, daily updates emails and weekly banking management.

I really enjoyed every aspect of my job and admired the brand.

Waking Nights support worker at Mencap (2021-01 – 2021-08)

I worked as a support worker at Mencap, I was part of the waking night team at Seventh avenue.

My role included personal care: washing and cleaning ensuring the house was clean and tidy ready for the next day of activities and living. But my main role as waking night was to ensure our PWS (people we support) were safe and comfortable through the night, I provided hourly care and did whatever was needed to keep our PWS happy. I completed my induction and was signed off on all my basic training including Medication administration and manual handling.

Bar staff at The Old Bank York (2020-01 – 2020-12)

I worked part time as a Bar team member at The Old Bank York I had been working there from 31st January 2019 up until 31st December 2020. As part of my job, I would welcome customers greet them and sit them at a table ensuring they are comfortable and tend to any needs they had, I worked behind the bar making drinks, I would run food and drinks to customers, I would do my best to clear tables quickly and ensure all space in sanitised. I have plenty of experience in handling money / using a till and work with new people every day and build my customer service skill with every new interaction.
