Providing an excellent level of service is what has been most important to me, beginning when I was working with a great team at everyman racing at age 15-20. Also as a chef and server at Glebegate restaurant as part of my college course. In both environments I learned the value of communication with both customers and colleagues.
My time working at Leonardo hotels developed my skills greatly with the range of departments i worked in throughout the hotel and the responsibility of Supervising a team through busy shifts. Leonardo training programmes and courses are also very insightful. Working in these fast paced scenarios I have acquired skills such as multi tasking while keeping a sharp eye on details.
I sincerely enjoy working with and supporting guests or customers with whatever they might need. My time at Algeco expanded my organisational and IT skills, gave me a strong understanding of business planning and logistics and gave me confidence in making professional internal and external phone calls and emails.

Working as part of a team to serve breakfast for up to 900 guests in the breakfast restaurant. Ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times in the restaurant. Serving food and assisting with catering duties at buffets and events. Serving drinks within the Hotel Bar and Restaurant, whilst providing excellent customer service. Responsibility for setting up the buffet, monitoring food and drink levels, replenishing items as needed, (while monitoring wastage amounts).
