General

Assistant - University of Birmingham - Birmingham (2006-09 - 2011-03) I started to work for the university when I was fifteen. I would go straight to work after school. I have worked in many of their food outlets.

The description below is the last kitchen I worked in. I would help out in the kitchen preparing food and also on the front counter serving customers. I would also do my job which was to set up and host functions.

I would prepare drinks and food for different meetings around the building and clear away when finished. The functions would range from two people to hundreds. I would also help with things like cashing up, stocktake, weekend key holder when we had bookings.
