Support Mentor at Social Interest Group (2024-06 – Present)

• Facilitate the allocation of housing to residents at the service in partnership with the Move on Officer and Chelsea and Westminster council.
• Ensuring that Move on Plans, Risk Assessments and Stars are up to date for each Individual needs. Frequent activities included providing ongoing support to complete housing applications, universal credits application for finances, PIP, job applications, and immigration applications for identification documents, and job applications.
• Liaise with counsellors, life coaches and substance and alcohol abuse agencies such as, Turning Point to provide clients with support regarding mental illness, substance abuse, their physical health and life skills.
