Dear Richard,
I am a Civil Engineer with master’s degree in project management having 10 years of experience in Project Management, specializing in Project Planning, Control, and Monitoring methods and techniques required for large, multi-project environments. I have a strong background in Project Management, and have successfully managed projects from start to finish.
I have worked through complete project life cycle from pre-development, planning, site execution, monitoring, testing and commissioning to project completion and claims settlement through effective dispute resolution mechanism. Having expertise in Schedule Management and Planning, proficient in using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project to create schedules for major infrastructure projects. Fully capable of developing schedules for reporting using Earned Value Management and can utilize resource libraries to produce a fully resource-loaded schedule.
Also, excels in data analysis, cost control, and NEC3 contract management to ensure compliance and informed decision-making. A collaborative team member, skilled in stakeholder management, and willing to share knowledge to upskill others within the organization.
In addition, I have experience in contract management of the Engineering Procurement and Construction Contract from Client side throughout the project execution. Also, I have managed the Risk associated with the project and maintained the risk response matrix. Change control mechanism and stakeholder engagement plan management have been part of my experience in my role as Project Engineer.
I have also been involved in the planning, design, and execution of several infrastructure projects as part of Community Improvement Plan (CIP). I have experience of preparing and managing the bidding documents, RFP, and technical requirements for the EPC Contractor selection. As part of my profession skills, I am familiar with the tools such as: MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI and have developed good negotiation skills and dispute resolution from Client side.
Currently I am in the UK on a dependent visa, and I have legal right to work in UK. I am looking to work with a reputable and dynamic company consulting company and enhance my experience in the infrastructure and development projects.
