- Check on all residents to see if they are okay and well.

Whilst doing this role I was given the opportunity to take on the role of supervising the OT staff when the head of OT was off on leave or off sick. These duties included payroll enhancement, monitoring their sick leave. Sending letters when they trigger. Sending discipline letters, approving and managing their annual leave so it didn't coincide with other members of the OT team and general office duties.
- Managing the Occupational Therapy departments, annual leave, sickness and enhancements forwarding all data over to payroll whilst meeting all deadlines.
- Recording all data using the company CRM for all staff members across two wards
- Maintaining and updating the staff Statutory and Mandatory training, using excel spreadsheet, ensure all are kept up-to-date and rebooked in before due date expires.
- Adding new training dates to colleague's rota's, update all members of staff/colleagues.
- Responsible for maintaining all finance related queries and collections. Ensuring all patients are provided with necessary funds for relevant purposes.
- Processing purchase orders for stock and activity equipment used or needed for the Occupational Therapy department
- Checking all emails and incoming post and distributing to the relevant departments
- Organising and preparing for all meetings which occasionally include, booking in and ordering supplies/refreshments.
- Adhering to GDPR and client confidentiality, ensure no data is breached.
- Answering and responding to all inbound & Outbound telephone calls
- Answering and responding to all inbound & Outbound Emails
- Completing statutory and mandatory training as and when required

From April 2020 till present day I was looking after my father as his health was deteriorating and wasn't managing so I moved in with him to provide full time care just after he passed away I then became a full time carer for my autistic grandson and I was also providing support to my daughter and childcare for her first child whilst she went to work.
