Worked alongside Head of Training to administer and deliver a portfolio of training courses for existing members, as well as targeting non-members and businesses. In July 2022 awarded with an Employee Recognition Award for creating two new pieces of work for use in the Training Team. This comprised a brand-new Training Budget for 22-23 and a comprehensive Profit & Loss and Course Schedule (Excel document). All work was passed and approved by the Board and is still in use.
