Since leaving school I have worked within the caring profession in a variety of settings and roles. I have gained a wealth of transferable knowledge, skills, and experience from working with people of all ages, who have required support for a wide range of often complex Mental health and/or physical needs. I love working with people and can quickly build a rapport with people from all walks of life.
I have excellent communication skills and the ability to change approach according to the individuals needs and presentation, which is crucial for building strong working relationships.

Coordinate and deliver a service which aims to promote the independence of adults who have complex mental health needs. The role includes assessing risk to customers, colleagues and myself. Support customers in all aspects of their lives including living skills, promoting hygiene, emotional support, socialising and medication management.
Designated keyworker for several customers. Work in collaboration with the individuals, families, carers and professionals. Designated safeguarding lead within the workplace, supporting and guiding staff to raise safeguarding alerts.
