I have predominantly worked in care since leaving school and have gained various experience in mental health , forensic , learning disabilities and elderly . I am very passionate about my job and always go the extra mile to make sure the client receives good Care to achieve their goals . I have also had experience at a senior role ie teamleader which I brought services forward and the motivation of staff too .

I am a reliable person who has a caring nature and empathy . I always work within the standards of care and follow policies and procedures . I adapt to different situations and enjoy a challenge within my job I am always eager to learn new things invvoling my work and I would be an asset to your team
