As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, I oversee the development and execution of production schedules that align with demand forecasts, ensuring efficient use of plant capacity and timely delivery of goods. With strong experience in FMCG and food manufacturing, I manage raw material planning and inventory levels to reduce waste, avoid stockouts, and support continuous production flow. I work cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain seamless operations.
I actively contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce lead times, while providing senior management with data-driven insights on performance. I also mentor junior planners, promoting a collaborative and solutions-focused planning environment. Production Scheduler at KP Snacks (2023-05 – 2025-03)
I spearheaded the planning and coordinating of the production schedules for 5 different factories to ensure optimal utilisation of resources, timely production of goods, and alignment with customer demands. The role involves the development and maintenance of production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, production capacity and labour resources. Key parts of my role involve keeping track of inventory levels and managing inventory turnover to minimise waste and excess stock, taking part in weekly/monthly SN Central planning meetings to discuss forecasts, planning and production outputs.
I lead on site trials for new products, liaising with all relevant parties. I actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency. I am adept at using multiple pieces of planning software to monitor and plan up to 18 months ahead.
I am a site planning lead for engineering and site projects, including travel to sister sites to discuss projects and alignment to limit impacts to production.
Site Manufacturing Analyst & Deputy Key User for Process Reliability (InforMES) at KP Snacks (2022-05 – 2023-05)
Responsibilities include the configuration and creation of master data documents and site equipment maps for all areas, leading meetings with colleagues from across Europe to share best practice and liaising with external suppliers to gain knowledge and experience of the system. Additionally, I provided the coaching and training across the site using various methods to suit individual's needs, from on hand personal training to one point lesson cards distributed around site.
