Senior Supply Chain Planner at Fairfax Meadow (2025-03 – 2025-09)

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, I oversee the development and execution of production schedules that align with demand forecasts, ensuring efficient use of plant capacity and timely delivery of goods. With strong experience in FMCG and food manufacturing, I manage raw material planning and inventory levels to reduce waste, avoid stockouts, and support continuous production flow. I work cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain seamless operations.

I actively contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce lead times, while providing senior management with data-driven insights on performance. I also mentor junior planners, promoting a collaborative and solutions-focused planning environment. Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of ERP systems, I thrive in fast-paced settings where problem-solving and clear communication are key.

Production Scheduler at KP Snacks (2023-05 – 2025-03)

I spearheaded the planning and coordinating of the production schedules for 5 different factories to ensure optimal utilisation of resources, timely production of goods, and alignment with customer demands. The role involves the development and maintenance of production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, production capacity and labour resources. Key parts of my role involve keeping track of inventory levels and managing inventory turnover to minimise waste and excess stock, taking part in weekly/monthly SN Central planning meetings to discuss forecasts, planning and production outputs.

I lead on site trials for new products, liaising with all relevant parties. I actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency. I am adept at using multiple pieces of planning software to monitor and plan up to 18 months ahead.

I am a site planning lead for engineering and site projects, including travel to sister sites to discuss projects and alignment to limit impacts to production.

Site Manufacturing Analyst & Deputy Key User for Process Reliability (InforMES) at KP Snacks (2022-05 – 2023-05)

• Site Manufacturing Analyst: This role involved the timely analysis of production data for the management daily direction meetings, ensuring accuracy and reliability of statistics and information. Additionally, weekly reports were compiled and presented to management and the wider factory on production reliability and outputs measures. From this compiled data, I traced and identified potential gaps and areas where improved processes and appropriate KPIs may be put in place to actively increase site efficiency.
• Deputy Key User for Process Reliability - InforMES: As part of a small team, I played a leading role in the implementing a new MES system across the Ashby site.

Responsibilities include the configuration and creation of master data documents and site equipment maps for all areas, leading meetings with colleagues from across Europe to share best practice and liaising with external suppliers to gain knowledge and experience of the system. Additionally, I provided the coaching and training across the site using various methods to suit individual's needs, from on hand personal training to one point lesson cards distributed around site.

Team Member – Shop floor at KP Snacks (2021-08 – 2022-05)

• Team Member: In this role I was responsible for the daily maintenance and monitoring of a various types of production line equipment. Daily tasks included the completion of inspections, pro-active and reactive maintenance to improve the overall efficiency of the equipment and reducing downtime. Alongside this I took ownership of safety checks and the monitoring and reporting of defects across the line.
• Stand-Up ATM Team Leader: Taking responsibility for managing a small team on a shift, my role would include the rectification and investigation of technical issues/ faults and reporting to management the status of the line and staff. I would work alongside the team members to improve capabilities and provide training on the various tasks required. Feedback into the line structure teams daily on areas of improvement to enhance production capabilities.

Office Administrator at Shine! (2018-11 – 2021-08)

Responsible for taking incoming calls and handling customer queries. First port of call for all technicians working in the field providing technical support, dealing with problems and assisting them in their day-to-day responsibilities. Responsible for daily reports, all IT/software issues, mobile phone and PC setup for the business.

Dealing with contracts for service providers including mobile phone contracts for all technicians and managers on site. Pioneered use of remote software to support colleagues either at home or working off-site.
