I am a Retrofit Coordinator / Project / Manager with in-depth experience in construction and civil engineering, including specialist project management. I pride myself in being client focused and team orientated. Strong relationships that are built on trust and respect is a priority to me, as this ensures business initiatives are executed at the highest level.

I have extensive experience in managing my staff and helping them to develop into effective members of the team. Setting strategic goals and implementing plans to achieve those has always been part of my work and I enjoy nothing more than seeing things through from concept to completion. As my first position in the United Kingdom, I was able to enjoy a significant amount of experience in a short period until COVID-19 ended my time there. I received very good feedback and I would have loved to develop the position had it not been for the pressure put on the company due to Covid-19.
