After gaining experience in retail and logistics, I'm looking to settle into a career that is more people-focused, rewarding, and specialised. Working in customer-facing and fast-paced environments has helped me develop strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, which I believe transfer well into healthcare. I did not know much before researching what it may entail after reading into the job advert.

But, audiology interests me because it offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's quality of life by helping them improve their hearing and communication, while also allowing me to continue learning and developing professionally in a meaningful field.
