A highly experienced SEND and SpLD Specialist Teacher with a strong background in teaching across KS2–KS5, adult learning, and specialist interventions. I create warm, structured and reassuring learning environments where learners with MLD, SLD, ASD, Dyslexia, SEMH and complex needs can develop confidence, independence and practical life-skills. Recently awarded Level 7 SpLD (Dyslexia) Specialist Teacher Status, I bring expertise in multisensory literacy, accessible resource design, and personalised programmes aligned to EHCP outcomes and RARPA.
My career includes extensive work in Food Technology, enabling me to deliver highly practical, hands-on learning linked to meal planning, budgeting, health, safety and independent living. I am passionate about supporting young people and adults to build the skills they need for adulthood, community participation and lifelong learning.
