I am a professional yet friendly Team Leader, working as a chef with a team of kitchen staff, I utilise my skills whilst leading an efficient team and assigning staff members where their skills are with the kitchen environment. I am able to maintain a efficient kitchen, keeping upto date with stock taking and ordering, training and developing, and relevant BOH duties. Having a can do attitude, I motivate my team and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
These skills are utilised with the kitchen team and FOH. I believe that excellnet customer service is the foundation of the role. Achieving high standards of quality is important to me. I work very well under pressure and optimise my organisational skills at these times.

Having worked for a number of years in professional, customer service based roles including a mortgage arranger for Halifax Bank and an Environmental Advisor for the Environment Agency, instilled key skills to work in any customer focused role. In more recent years I became a chef and quickly achieved high standards, becoming a Team Leader.
