I have two meaningful experiences that are more suitable for this position, one is retail work experience and the other is volunteer experience.
In terms of retail work experience, I worked as a sales representative for Warrior Shoes, a well-known and influential company in China.
Shoes is a brand that is loved by consumers and has a wide range of consumer groups and diverse product lines. During my work, I warmly welcomed customers and accurately recommended the most suitable shoes to them according to their age, gender, dressing style and actual needs. At the same time, I also mastered the relevant skills of inventory management and was able to understand the inventory quantity of various types of shoes in a timely and accurate manner, so as to better respond to customer needs and questions during the sales process, ensure the smooth progress of the sales process, and contribute to the efficient operation of the store.
In the volunteer experience, I was fortunate to serve as a cashier at the British Heart Foundation. In this process, I gained a lot of valuable experience and growth. As a cashier, I have to deal with many caring people who come to donate or shop every day.
This has greatly honed my communication skills, because I need to communicate with them in clear and friendly language, express my sincere gratitude to them, and explain in detail the purpose of the donation and the relevant work and mission of the foundation. I always strive to demonstrate my ability to provide excellent customer service, with a warm smile, patient answers and efficient cashier operations, so that everyone who comes into contact with me can feel the warmth and professionalism of the foundation.
