I am highly motivated, determined, organised and an enthusiastic individual. I am willing to work hard and very well under pressure, in order to meet tight deadlines. I work on my own initiative and will always take ownership over my own work.

I work very well within a team, and easily adapt to new skills, and feel that I have demonstrated this throughout the various jobs which I have undertaken. In my spare time I like to travel, draw and paint, keep fit by going to the gym and I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I am currently employed at Walsall Council as a Graphic Designer and Customer Support Operative. This involves Branding, illustration, advertising and marketing design. The job also entails dealing with internal and external clients, delivering excellent customer service at all times, taking briefs, being responsible for taking on specific projects and completing within agreed timescales.

The main software's I use on a daily basis are Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Creative.

Interior Designer - Wendy House Interiors - Birmingham

I was previously employed at Wendy house interiors, the jobs entailed creating designs for residential homes, from concepts, mood boards to the final design. My aim was to create beautiful stylish homes to suit the client's needs and budgets. This helped me to gain more experience with dealing with clients face-to-face and dealing with a wide range of customer needs.

Kitchen Design Assistant - Ideal Kitchens - Birmingham

I previously was employed at Ideal Kitchens as a Kitchen design assistant, the job entailed calling clients that are interested in getting a new kitchen design, filing paperwork, booking them in for appointments and consultations, developing floor plans, elevations and visuals for clients to talk about their designs and building an rapport with them to find out what is best for them. Furthermore, I also go on site to take measurements and surveys of kitchens. Working at Ideal Kitchens has helped me gain more knowledge, experience and understanding of working in the interior design industry and to always deliver great customer service with customers at all times.

I previously worked at the Rainbow Casino, which involves working on the bar, serving food and drinks, building a relationship and interacting with customers at all times. Working at Rainbow Casino has encouraged me to work well as a team and handling difficult situations in a professional and calm manner.

I was previously working as a junior interior design freelancer, which entailed helping my colleague with 3D visuals using Sketch-up, CAD plans, and mood boards for different clients. This job has helped me to gain more knowledge, experience, and an enhanced understanding working as an interior designer. It has also helped me to work better under pressure, and to meet deadlines within agreed timescales at all times.
