In my role at FICO, I utilize vulnerability management tools to assess and strengthen the security posture of new and existing assets while managing asset inventory and developing processes and runbooks to improve team operations. I oversee External Attack Surface Management, collaborating with Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence teams to stay up-to-date with evolving threats, and mitigation strategies. I ensure End-of-Life (EOL) compliance, conduct Patch Tuesday reviews, and manage cloud instances for multiple FICO products by driving adoption, coordinating product team engagement, and executing Amazon Machine Image (AMI) refreshes.
Additionally, I lead monthly governance meetings to monitor remediation efforts, oversee scheduled scans, coordinate PCI attestations, gather audit evidence, facilitate end-of-life/obsolete reviews and data center remediations, and conduct SAST/DAST reviews. I also spearhead security initiatives through a proactive approach and executive-level reporting to enhance organizational security posture.
