I utilize client data for topic modelling, text summarization, and text analytics to derive key insights. I create a robust structure that generates top spoken topics and perform sentiment score analysis on textual data. The topics are linked with a word cloud for a comprehensive view.

My process includes data cleaning using stemming and lemmatization techniques, producing feature vectors with TfidfVectorizer, and applying Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), Bert model to generate topics. I evaluate model performance, tuning hyperparameters such as alpha, the number of topics, and the number of words for accuracy. The final output includes the most prominent topics and a sentiment score analysis visualized through a Power BI dashboard.

• I employ OCR techniques to read all data from PDFs and clean the text by filtering special characters and stop words using stemming and lemmatization techniques. I extract specific words and check their accuracy against client-provided data using fuzzy ratios and sentence matching. I then create a custom NER model using Google Colab and verify that its accuracy exceeds that of traditional models • I develop automation processes using Excel macros. By reading Excel files and performing data operations, I create attachments and share the data with clients.
