I am a self- motivated professional with over 6 years of experience in the food industry. Throughout my tenure with big and well-respected FMCG companies I have taken various roles of increasing responsibility in Quality and Food Safety Management across end-to-end processes combining leadership with deep technical knowledge and gaining on- the job experience.

I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and managing a team to successfully deliver. My organisational and communication skills have enabled me to effectively collaborate with other departments and ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and according to company standards.

My professional experience encompasses roles based in the FMCG sector, focusing of project management, regulatory and compliance knowledge for both raw materials and packaging.

BSc Nutrition enabling me to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to support future practice as a Registered Nutritionist, along with knowledge to support technical aspects of organisations operating in the global food industry sector.
