• Working as a MES Consultant, Commissioning/Delivery Lead for Digital Transformation (Plant Electrification) of Leading Car Manufacturing in the UK
• Working as a MES Product Owner – driving scrum team in agile way to meet the Product Goal
• Experience in the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) area with deep understanding of Supply Chain, Production, and Material Planning within the automotive industry
• Experience in Requirement gathering by understanding business pain area. 
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MOM/MES programs including Assessment, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, Solution Design, Configurations etc.
• Hands-on experience in various standard MES Products (Rockwell, GE, SAP) in various industries.
• Experience in all stages of MES Project life cycle starting from Requirement to support. 
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Experience in IT-OT Integration/Interfaces, various plant Commissioning, Testing, Validation, UAT.
• Experience and understanding of Google Cloud, Google IIOT, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Kepware IIOT, Thingworx.
• Strong understanding of Automotive Manufacturing Business Processes.

  Experience collaborating with all stakeholders.

•  Product management like Installation, Upgrades, Product issues handling, Product Compatibility Matrix.
