Hi, My name is Shubham Umraniya. I'm a recent graduate from the University of Greenwich, completing my degree in BSc. (Hons) Information Technology management for business. Also posses a year of experience as customer support executive. Recently looking for jobs in the field of IT and Data analytics.

Customer Support Executive - Centrik Aviation (July 2021 - September 2022) 

• This was my industrial placement after my 2nd year at Centrik Aviation, a leading aviation operations software provider. 
• Supported by providing professional, efficient service to our clients within 2 hours reducing queuing time and maintaining +80% customer satisfaction rate throughout the year.
• First line of support in resolving queries and troubleshooting issues related to Centrik product. I collaborated with technology specialist, implementations team and head of support team ensuring effective resolution across different platforms i.e., Windows, Linux, iPad, and iPhone. 
• I made sure I was up to date with the software enhancements and upgrades to the system and communicated this value to our clients on a weekly basis. 
• I was also responsible for documenting tracked all received requests in incident management system and updating the team about any severe technical issues faced by the client and helped in resolving them by escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
