Protein identification and quantification of highly complexity protein mixtures (Proteomes) using nano LC/MS combined with SILAC and TMT labelling technology. These techniques used to investigate protein level changes in various biological research projects.
Molecular mass measurement of intact proteins in complex protein mixtures.
Routine instrument maintenance including Orbitrap, Q-trap and associated nano and micro-LC systems.
Data interpretation using Proteome Discoverer, Max Quant, Skyline, and DIA-NN software.
