I am currently the registered manager of a children's home for Lancashire County Council and have been for over 4 years. I have transformed the home that I manage from being on an Ofsted rating of “requires improvement" to “good”. We are a three bedded complex needs home. I have have worked for LCC for 14 years and have worked as a residential child care worker and assistant manager prior to a Registered manager position.
BA Hon in Marketing, Leisure and Tourism. 2:1. University of Central Lancashire.
QCF 5 in Leadership and Management. This was with Blackburn College through LCC.
