My duties include, support the daily operations of internal systems used by Buying, Merchandising, Studio, and wider teams through tickets and ensuring SLA’s are met.Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolutions to minimise disruption. Act as a key liaison between the Systems team and internal stakeholders, including managers and cross-functional teams. I contribute to the delivery of system improvements, upgrades, and process changes.
I work closely with the system seniors and Tech departments to assist with coordinating tool rollouts, system testing, and user onboarding.
Using my previous knowledge with the company to support on Face & Body tasks and excess stock queries. Create and maintain clear documentation to support training, handovers, and process consistency. Provide insights and feedback to support business-led decisions and improve user experience.
I work across platforms like ServiceNow, Oracle, PLM, PIM, and Merch Management tools. Working alongside a team of 12, I have great communication skills to ensure all work is completed within a timely manner. Additionally, any work and any projects I did complete were to the highest standard and I strive to improve wherever possible.

Within this role I managed brand deliveries and 7 figure cost intake into the business across 4 distribution centres Globally.
Managed product repeat orders and analyse weekly stock levels to ensure the correct cover is met at all times. Worked closely with over 90 Beauty suppliers and liaising with the brand contacts daily to ensure stock is delivered into ASOS warehouses on time. I also ensured I communicated clearly with the merchandisers and buyers to foresee any issues relating to new launches, out of stock items etc.
Assisted with the training and development of new MA’swithin the wider Face and Body team. I worked closely with the buying team to range plan and forecast quantities for new product line launches using WSSI so a excellent understanding of data analysis was key.
I undertook detailed analysis and summarised sales andstocks within a large quantity of data to identify key trends, best sellers and under performers.
Lead department delivery schedules and intake meetings. Ensure management of key tasks are divided between therest of the MA’s`
