Sibivarshini Parameswaran

I’m Sibivarshini Parameswaran, a dedicated and goal-oriented finance professional with strong academic grounding in MBA – Financial Management and B.Com (Professional Accounting), supported by a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales and Relationship Banking (PGDSRB). With over 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank, I have developed expertise in financial analysis, client relationship management, and banking operations using Finacle Core Banking software.

I am passionate about delivering quality financial services through integrity, analytical thinking, and customer-centric problem-solving. My experience in both academic research and professional banking has strengthened my ability to bridge financial theory with real-world application. I’m also an active learner who enjoys professional development through continuous learning and participation in leadership and entrepreneurship events.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, drawing, and collecting coins (numismatics), which reflect my patience and eye for detail — qualities that also guide my professional approach.

I completed my bachelor's degree asB.Com Professional Accounting and MBA financial management as my Master's level .currently I'm studying Professional Msc by Research international business in University of gloucestershire
