I have worked in various aspect of the industry from Technical, Service, After Sales and Sales for a major motor manufacture and with BMW and Mercedes Benz before hand. Throughout my career i have embraced special project such as being the Single Point of contact for the Lexus LFA Supercar arrival into the UK and created the service network specifically generated for the LFA vehicles. Fully factory trained and recognised Master Technician. Building a customer specific sale structure and handover – being responsible for communication with the consumer and service network throughout the purchasing duration. Managing imported vehicles into the UK – handling UK law and homologation regulations for clients. Communicating as a single point of contact for all after sales and parts liaison throughout the warranty period. Also trained in Hydrogen to manage the launch of the Toyota Mirai Fuel Cell Car here in the UK.
