Maintenance Supervisor
Petrofac Facilities Management Ltd/Ithaca Energy – Alba FSU
Providing overall supervision, guidance and work direction for asset core maintenance teams and reporting to the OIM.
- Provide leadership, supervision, guidance and work direction for offshore maintenance teams, ad-hoc maintenance technicians and vendor specialists assigned to maintenance work scopes.
- Work as part of Asset leadership team to ensure efficient execution of 7, 28 and 90-day asset plans.
- Working closely with onshore engineers to support repair plans, backlog reduction, long term planning, projects, and TAR activities.
- Area Authority responsibility within Control of Work Systems.
- Working closely with the Operations Supervisor to manage SIMOPS and maintain production efficiency.
- Develop competency of teams and support development of individuals.
- Part of the Emergency Control Room response team.
- Promote Incident Free Operations Offshore through audits, work site observations, safety coaching of team, quality incident and near miss investigations, ensuring adherence to procedures and working closely with on and offshore safety advisors.
- Accountable to ensure all deviations from performance standards are appropriately manged through Company Operational Risk Management (ORM) procedures.
- Ensure Compliant operations by supporting all regulatory visits by HSE, BEIS, BV etc and ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner.
