I am an advanced Interviewer of both suspects and victims and PIP2 qualified Investigator. I have 15 years of experience in the investigations field and have developed a strong ability to complete high level, complex investigations in a fast moving and high stress environment, and a proven history of managing large caseloads.
I have led a number of investigation teams made up of multi agency investigators and run operations dealing with series of offending.
I have attended Criminal Courts, Family Courts, Coroners Courts and Civil Courts. I have started and completed investigations resulting in charge. Which I have then lead through the Criminal Court process through to conviction.
I have a strong track record of achieving great results and as well as receiving awards from the Metropolitan Police Service (Including a Commissioners Commendation) I have received plaudits from external parties I have worked alongside (Including a Crown Court Judge Commendation).
As a trained Family Liaison Officer I have well practised communication skills such as active listening, empathetic approach and emotional intelligence in sometimes volatile and emotive scenarios. I need to be able to build rapport and trust through calm, considered, and when required assertive actions and conversation.
Most recently I have gained experience in formal and informal grievance proceedings and whistleblowing investigations.

I joined the Metropolitan Police Service in 2009 on response team before qualifying as a Detecive in 2012. I worked in a Priority Crime Unit as part of a team that obtained the highest Robbery and Burglary conviction rate with the service.
I then worked within the Criminal Investigation Department investigating serious assaults, Harrassment and Sexual Offences, before moving onto investigate Domestic Abuse offences and Hate Crime, where I received an award for obtaining one of the first convictions nationally for the then new legislation of Controlling and Coercive Behaviour.
In 2017 I joined Serious and Organised Crime working as Family Liaison Officer with three bereaved families from the Grenfell Tower Fire. I remained on the Operation dual deploying as part of a small team investigating all fraud offences relating to Grenfell Tower that obtained a 100% conviction rate across 32 investigations.
In October 2017 I left the Metropolitan and took a new role with Sky Group as a HR Investigator where I learnt and experienced formal and informal grievance proceedings and completed further training in relation to Whistleblowing.
