Effective relationship management was central to this role, requiring precision and collaborative working practices. My responsibilities included placing monthly and weekly fuel orders, addressing quality issues as they arose, and ensuring the contracted operations and maintenance company met its obligations regarding fuel and ash residue management. I also handled ad-hoc invoicing queries related to fuel, ash, and lab services.
