I have been a customer based/facing worker for 17 years, with a proven track record of excellent customer service. For the past several years I have been in managerial roles with my last overseeing all sales related activity for 3 franchised motor details. My role included managing profits and accounts including expenses for each department and mating target related KPI’s.
I am a competitive person coming from my time as a professional Rugby League player. I am passionate to be the best at what I do and I thrive from helping others. I am currently taking a course to gain my SIA badge and looking for a complete change of career.
Most of my experience is gained in the motor trade in a high pressured sales environment including managerial duties at the highest level.
I took 12 GCSE’s attaining grades from A to C and 3 A Levels again grades A to C.
