Order Picker and Packer - Fresh Direct - Dagenham

Recruited as an Order Picker and Packer in a labour intensive warehouse. Involves general duties such as picking and packing food orders in a chilled environment. Very organised and able to prioritise work tasks on a daily basis.
Checking stock levels and liaising with Management within the role and ensuring targets are met within agreed timeframe. The role involves some PC work printing labels for orders. The branch closed on Friday 12th June 2026 and all staff were made redundant.
Thoroughly enjoyed the time working there and gained significant knowledge, skills and experience.

Recruited as a Product Handler responsible for ensuring every part of the company had a plentiful supply of products to process. Cudoni was an E-Commerce business selling high value branded and unbranded fashion items such as men's and women's clothing, handbags, watches, jewellery, shoes and other accessories. Thoroughly and efficiently checked products when they came in and entered data on PC, after which items were scanned into the correct location then entered on PC within agreed timeframe.
All goods were distributed to members of staff who examined each processed item. Also securely packed goods for resale to customers. Gained significant knowledge, skills and experience in prioritising and organising workload under pressure, maintaining high levels of care with attention to detail, and meeting health and safety protocols through company policy.
Met targets as required by Management. Had a good work ethic and went above and beyond expectations. Maintained good punctuality and attendance with sound working relationships with staff and colleagues.

Warehouse Order Picker and Packer / Showroom Assistant - Asiatic Carpets - North London

Recruited as a Warehouse Order Picker and Packer, working within the company as Showroom Assistant and reporting to Management as required. Responsible for tidying up the showroom at the end of shift. Carried out stock control involving checking new carpets upon arrival and ensuring nothing was missed.
Updated new carpets on PC ensuring data entered correctly in agreed timeframe and put on display for public viewing. This role was done independently using own initiative, able to problem solve and prioritise workload within agreed timeframe. Approached managers when problems occurred.
Gained significant experience and skills and felt the need to broaden horizons further, leading to departure from the company.

Recruited as an Order Picker and Packer. During the role, put stock away and offloaded and unloaded lorries. Helped assemble mobility scooters and ensured they worked. Learned and developed new skills and experience in mending and building equipment. Due to decreasing workload and Company moving out of London, could not afford travel expenses and was made redundant. Enjoyed the time working there and gained significant knowledge, skills and further experience.

Recruited as an Order Picker and Packer with duties including picking and packing orders, food stocks, and checking goods by offloading and unloading lorries. Main duties were working as a Van Assistant helping deliver Chinese food to Restaurants. Duties included dealing with paperwork efficiently and accurately. Enjoyed the time at Hoo Hing and left gaining invaluable experience, knowledge and skills.
